The relaxing and tranquil Bow Sanctuary offers natural and holistic surroundings that will move you into pure bliss just by entering the grounds. Located where the Chuckanut Mountains meet the bountiful Skagit Valley in picturesque NW Washington State, their beautiful Japanese-inspired Pacific Northwest gardens and Bamboo Forest offer a rare treat for attendees to enjoy on their own or with other attendees.  

Participants can sign up for optional therapies and classes outside our scheduled sessions. Refer to our schedule when booking. Yoga and body movement, yoga therapy, massage, meditation, somatic experiencing, a sauna, and more. The newly opened onsite Persimmons Bistro offers a serene environment for coffee, tea, and lite bites.

12:30 to 1:30: Lunch available for purchase onsite at the Persimmons Bistro or bring your own.

 1:30 to 2:30: Sound Healing Session with Kristi Mosely in Yoga Hall to start your 3-days off in a deep vibrational state.  

2:30 to 4:30: Essential Oil Experiential Education with Jann Finley (in common area dependent on weather) and time to journal and ground on the tranquil grounds. 

Personalized Sessions:
Every participant will receive a 1:1 session over the 3 days. When you register, please book your time for your 1:1. Below are the times available on Friday:

Please feel free to arrive early or stay and book other optional treatments, the sauna or attend classes that are available during the time the private sessions are being conducted.  Choose sessions at 8 or 8:30 am or between 2:30 to 5:30 on Friday.   We start at 10:30 sharp on Friday. 

The restaurant and grounds are also available during these times, as well as art projects and someone that can talk to you about essential oils. Please be on time for all scheduled sessions whether they are group or individual.

8:00 to 12:00 noon: Contemplative work, journaling, grounding, art, meditation or onsite offerings on your own while personalized sessions are being conducted. Plan to spend time in contemplation and journaling while enjoy the tranquil grounds of the Bow Sanctuary. 

12:00 – 1:30 pm: Lunch available for purchase onsite at the Persimmons Bistro or bring your own. 

1:30 to 3:30 pm: Closing Session in Yoga Hall: We will work on BEING Zone Daily practice plans for each attendee and be taken into profound meditations and healing journeys. 

3:30 – 4:30 pm: Healing Drum Therapy with Heather Mullin. Leave the event feeling relaxed and resonating in calm, connected energy.  

4:30 to 5:00 pm: Marla will be available in the covered outdoor area to answer questions about the art supplies and projects. She will also have her book: The BEING Zone, available to buy and have autographed at a discounted price for attendees.

Participants are encouraged to have a relaxing morning on their own or outside at the Bow Sanctuary. Early arrivals, please patronize the restaurant if open and be respectful of others on the property, and do contemplative work, journaling, grounding, art, or meditation. You can also pre-sign up for massages, classes, or sauna time until the workshop begins in the Yoga Hall at 1 pm.

The Experience

This transformational, rapid results “Move from Burnout to Bliss by Stepping into The B.E.I.N.G. Zone® Retreat” is being held at the relaxing and tranquil Bow Sanctuary which offers natural and holistic surroundings that will move you into pure bliss just entering the grounds.

This 3-day workshop is designed to bring balance and harmony to your mind-body and spirit, stimulating your senses and sparking creativity within your being in a beautiful, peaceful space where you will naturally relax, heal, and return to center.

You will learn many tools and activities and be able to take your favorites and create your own personalized daily B.E.I.N.G. Zone practice that will keep you in a place of ease and grace for life.

Your 1:1 session is intentionally planned based on your input on surveys sent in advance. Each unique 1:1 breakthrough session is personalized and constructed based on your input using the appropriate therapies from Marla’s proprietary SHIFT Tool, NLP, Hypnotherapy, Reiki,  Timeline Therapy and Psych-K to ensure you get Rapid Results that will transform your life forever.
